จุดประสงค์
ทราบถึงวิธีการทดสอบสมรรถนะของเครื่องยนต์สันดาปภายในกระบอกสูบ
ศึกษาสมรรถนะของเครื่องยนต์ที่แปรผันตามรอบและภาระของเครื่องยนต์
เพื่อวัดและคำนวนอัตราการบริโภคเชื้อเพลิงจำเพาะ อัตราส่วนอากาศ ประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องยนต์ที่สภาวะต่างๆ

Lab: find performance of the diesel engine.

(1) force can be measured from strain gauge (load cell) sensor which attached and connected to the engine shaft.
(2) engine torque can calculated from force and radius of force. =F x r.
(3) power can calculated from engine speed (revolution) plus torque.
(4) air flow measurement sensor.
(5) fuel measurement

test number 1,
test at low speed-low load, … find engine fuel efficiency.
test number 2,
test at low speed-high load, … find engine fuel efficiency.
test number 3,
test at high speed-low load, … find engine fuel efficiency.
test number 4,
test at high speed-high load, … find engine fuel efficiency.
